Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. If your order hasn't shipped after 5 working days, please reach out to us over email, and we will get it resolved.

Please note that this is the timeline required to carefully package and send the store inventory, so any queries about why an item hasn't shipped before 5 working days will not be considered an open support ticket.

Note: Due to the pandemic and safety protocols, there is no option for Local Pickups, so kindly do not request that as an alternative

Return / Exchange Policy only accepts returns and exchange requests only if products sent by us were received in a damaged condition, wrong product was sent or product is defective. We do not accept return/exchange requests on consumable as it's not possible to verify that they were not tampered with.

To open up a return/exchange request, send a reply to the order confirmation email sent by our store. Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products are not eligible for return/exchange if:

  • Any product was not purchased from
  • Any product returned after 7 days since delivery
  • Any product returned without original packaging, all accessories and items originally packed
  • Any product that has been physically tampered with
  • Any product with minor visual flaws
  • Any product that exhibits signs of abuse, spillage and other signs of mishandling.

Please allow up to 5 working days to process return or exchange requests. All refunds take 7 - 10 days to process AFTER return has been accepted and processed.

In the event we send you an incorrect product, we apologize and will replace it for free. However, if the product is returned to us used, dirty, tampered, we will ONLY accept it as a specialized return with cleaning fees incurred. Cleaning fees depends on the severity of the problem.
